Before you book
- What happens if the flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and thus we will re-schedule your pickup time based on that. In case we canít access this information, you need to call us and let us know about the delay
- Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can, but in order to do that you will need to offer a booking ID, a reason for the cancellation and your name. You have to share all of this 24 hours prior to the pickup and you will receive a full refund. If you donít do this 24h before the pickup, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 30% if you cancel up to 3 hours before delivery, 50% if you cancel up to the pickup time and 100% if the journey has commenced!
- Where is the driver?
Usually, the driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall and he will have your name displayed on a board.
- Can I pick the vehicle I want?
Yes, we have multiple vehicles that you can choose from. We have a salon car, executive car, estate car, MPV cars and minivans.
- How can I pay?
You can choose to pay your driver directly if you want or you can pay online. The idea here is that you will not be able to pay via card to the driver, so try to keep that in mind.
- Can I book the journey beforehand?
Yes, you can do that, but you have to do it at least 24 hours beforehand.
- How can I book your services?
You can either call us or you can send an e-mail. You can also use the chat system if necessary if you want to get a hold of us.
- What happens if I end up losing something in the car?
In case that happens, you should consider calling us right away. Our drivers tend to inspect the vehicle most of the time, however there can be misplaced items and they might be overlooked. So if you did end up losing any item, you should call us.
- Can I access the vehicle if I have a wheelchair?
Yes, we offer this type of service on request.
- Do you allow pets in the vehicle?
We allow you to use guide dogs, but pet dogs are not allowed unless they are in a cage, and in that situation you will have to pay a fee.
- Are tips included in the quoted price?
No, tips are not included, but you can share them if you are happy with the service.
- Can I access the internet during my travel?
We include internet and Wi-Fi support only for the executive package. If you do want this during a regular transfer, we require an additional fee!
